Da ich Heim in den Ferien fliege will ich mein Zimmer in den Zeitraum vermieten. Das Zimmer ist ab 17. März bis 26. April verfügbar. Es kann auch für nach Gespräch für ein bisschen weniger Zeit vermietet werden.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit ein Doppelbett/Futon (160x200), ein großen Schreibtisch (ca. 160x90), groß genug Kleiderschrank, einige Regalen und ein 46'' LED Fernseher mit Soundbar.
In der WG gibt es 2 Badezimmer, eine mit Badewanne und Fenster (gute Lüftung). Die Küche würde vor 1 Woche komplett neu gemacht und hat eine Spülmaschine, Backofen und Induktionsheizplatten.

Because I'll be flying home during my holidays I'll be renting my room during that time. The room is available from MArch 17th until April 26th. You can also rent it for a little less if needed.
The room is fully equiped with a queen size bed/futon (160x200), a big desk (ca. 160x90), a big enogh closet, a couple shelfes and a 46'' LED TV with soundbar.
In the apartment there's 2 bathrooms, one with shower and a window (good Ventilation). The kitchen was completely remade 1 week ago and has a dishwasher, oven and induction heat plates.
In der Nähe gibt es ein Edeka und der Bus 231 fährt in 17 Minuten bis zu Studentenstadt. Außerdem fährt man bis zum TUM campus Garching in 30 minuten.
Nearby you'll have a Edeka and the bus 231 takes you to studentenstadt in 17 minutes. Also if you'll get to TUM campus Garching in just 30 minutes.
In der WG wohnen noch 2 Jungs. Beide studenten. Wir kochen ganz gerne und mögen wenn die WG sauber ist. Putzplan gibt es auf jeden fall.
You'll be living with 2 guys. Both of them students. We like cooking together and also like our appartment clean. We have a cleaning plan.
