Servus! Weil ich bei meine Freundin einziehe vermiete ich meine zimmer in unsere super WG in isny :) Ich selbe komme aus Belgien, meine mitbewohners Marko, Maria und Ami kommen allen aus Deutschland und sind zwischen 19 und 25 jahre alt.
Es komplette haus ist 170qm, wir teilen ein riesiges wohnzimmer, kuchen, esszimmer und 3 badezimmer wovon 2 mit duche (sehe auch bilder). Das haus ligt 200 meter von Rewe in stadtmitte!
Leider können wir das haus nur bis zum september mieten. Wann wir länger bleiben mögen, mussen wir ein neues vertrag verhandelen. Also ist die miete befristet bis zum ende september mit eine sehr kleine chance das wir länger bleiben können. Es ist ab jetzt verfughbar!
Eventuell kann mein Bett da bleiben, matratze ist nur halbes jahr alt. Schrank kan auch da bleiben. Also einfach einziehen und fertig :)
Kaution ist normalerweise 591 euro, aber weil die mietperiode nür 5 monaten ist, können wir ein flexibele preis verhandelen.
