Es handelt sich um eine große Wohnung im 10. Stock des Studentenwohnheims. Die Wohnung bietet eine zusätzliche Abstellkammer sowie viel Platz auf dem Balkon und in der Küche.
Das Zimmer ist mit 21qm sehr groß und aufgrund der zwei Fenster angenehm hell. Die Einrichtung des Studentenwerks steht dir zu Verfügung und je nach Absprache auch Teile meines bisherigen Möbilar (siehe Fotos).
Ein Netto als Einkaufsmöglichkeit steht dir direkt vor der Tür zur Verfügung oder ein 400 m weiter entfernter Kaufland. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 200 m entfernt und in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.
Mein Mitbewohner ist ein freundlicher Student. Du hast genug Platz um dich frei zu entfalten.
Für August und September steht dir mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung. In Absprache steht dir für 10 € auch Internet zur Verfügung und meinen Fernseher würde ich ebenso für die Zeit verleihen. ;)
