Hey ich bin Melanie,
ich suche einen WG-Mitbewohner/in für meine schöne Wohnung in Lobeda-West.
Dein Zimmer wäre zwar nur 9,6qm groß, ist dafür aber hell und gut geschnitten. Außerdem haben wir eine 25qm große Wohnküche mit großer Sitzecke, ideal für nette Abende mit Freunden. Neben einem großen Balkon gibt es direkt am Haus auch eine kleine Parkanlage, nur für Mieter, wo man im Sommer unteranderem super mit Freunden grillen kann.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 3min von der Straßenbahnstation Emil-Wölk-Str. entfernt. Von hier aus braucht man nur 13min in die Stadt. Außerdem sind ein Netto, Kaufland, Tedi, Apotheke, Post, Eisdiele etc. direkt um die Ecke.
Ich bin 24 Jahre alt und studiere Wirtschaftspädagogik und Mathe. Ich freue mich auf einen netten Mitbewohner/in, mit dem man auch gerne mal zusammen kochen oder ein Bier/Wein trinken kann.
Ich habe bisher immer in WG's gelebt und da auch nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht.
