Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und sehr hell, da es an zwei Wänden Fenster hat. Mit Jalousien kann man es gut abdunkeln. Meine Möbel werden ich mitnehmen.
In der Wohnung gibt es einen Balkon den du auch mitbenutzen kannst!
Die angegebene Miete ist die Warmmiete mit allem drum und dran.
The room is very bright, it has two windows. There is a balkony in the flat which you can use as well. The room is rented out unfurnished.
Ein besonderer Vorteil der Wohnung ist es, dass sie praktisch direkt neben dem Park liegt. In die andere Richtung kommst du auch sehr schnell in etwas weniger zivilisierte Natur und kannst an der Saale und am „Flussland“ entlangspazieren. 2 min von der Wohnung befindet sich die Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Mühlenstraße.“ Von dort kannst du innerhalb weniger Minuten in der Stadt sein. Zu Fuß braucht man etwa 15 min um zum Paradiesbahnhof zu kommen. Der Weg führt durch den Park. Im Hof gibt Fahrradständer.
The flat is situated just next to the park! You can be very quickly by the river or in nature. The tram and bus station is also just 2 min from the flat, so that you can reach the city center or the Ernst- Abbe Hochschule or the University very easily and fast. By foot it takes you about 15 min to get to the main train station Paradiesbahnhof.
Die anderen beiden MitbewohnerInnen sind Wendy und Nitish. Wendy studiert Lehramt, jobbt in einem Kindergarten und macht in ihrer Freizeit gerne Musik und ist viel mit Freunden unterwegs. Nitish hat Physik studiert, spielt Bass und kocht gerne. Die beiden verstehen sich gut miteinander und würden auch mit der neuen dritten Person gerne ab und an abhängen und quatschen.
In der WG wird oft auf englisch gesprochen, wäre das für dich ok?
The flatmates are Wendy and Nitish. Wendy studies to become a teacher and works in a kindergarten. She likes to make music and go out with friends. Nitish studied physics. He likes to pay music as well and to cook. They like to hang out together and it would be cool if you are also interested in having a friendly wg-life and to spend some time together from time to time.
Die Waschmaschine ist recht neu und da wir kürzlich in sie investiert haben würde ich dafür gerne 120 euro bekommen.
Wir haben einen Geschirrspühler!
Die angegebene Miete ist die Warmmiete mit allem drum und dran. Wenn du Bafög bekommst und somit keine Rundfunkgebühren zahlen muss beträgt sie für dich 6 Euro weniger.
