Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit schöner Küche und Essbereich. Wir haben eine Spülmaschine und zwei Kühlschränke, außerdem ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und komplett neuer Waschmaschine und eine zusätzliche separate Toilette. Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone, ein kleiner geht von der Küche ab. Diesen nutzen wir hauptsächlich zur Lagerung. Ein großer Balkon geht vom Zimmer meines Mitbewohners ab, den du aber auch mitbenutzen kannst (unter Absprache). Die Einrichtung, wie Waschmaschine/Spülmaschine/EBK/... wird bei Einzug mit einer Pauschale (ca. 250€) abgekauft. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12qm groß und hat ein Fenster zum Hinterhof hinaus (Ostseite, siehe Foto). Man kann sogar den Jenzig sehen. Es ist also trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Bei Bedarf können die Möbel gerne umsonst übernommen werden. Es ist ein Bett mit Matratze, Sofa, Schreibtisch und ein Schrank drin (siehe Bilder).
The apartment is very well equipped with a nice kitchen and dining area. We have a dishwasher and two refrigerators, as well as a large bathroom with a bathtub and a completely new washing machine and an additional separate toilet. The apartment has two balconies, a small one leads off the kitchen. We mainly use this one for storage. My roommate's room has a large balcony, which you can also use (after asking). The equipment, such as the washing machine/dishwasher/kitchen/... will be bought off for €250 when you move in. The room is about 14 square meters and has a window to the backyard (east side, see photo). You can even see Jenzig. Despite the central location, it is very quiet at night. If necessary, the furniture can be taken over for free. There is a bed with a mattress, a sofa, a desk and a cupboard in it (see pictures).
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen direkt am Paradies. Man ist in unter 5min am Paradies Bahnhof, in knapp 10 min am Westbahnhof. Die Saale ist entsprechend auch in ca. 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Straßenbahn-/Busanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch top. Es gibt auch viele gute Restaurants/Bars in Laufnähe.
The apartment is very centrally located right on paradise. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the paradise train station and in just under 10 minutes to the west train station. The Saale can also be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Tram/bus connections and shopping facilities are also great. There are also many good restaurants/bars within walking distance.
Deine Mitbewohner sind drei super nette und entspannte Menschen: Hannes (34), Julian (32) und Juan José (24). Hannes arbeitet schon. Juan José studiert gerade im Master. Julian studiert im Bachleor, arbeitet aber nebenher schon. Es ist also keine Party-WG, wäre aber schön wenn du nicht auf der Such nach einer reinen Zweck-WG bist. D.h. wenn du ab und zu bei einem gemeinsamen Koch- oder Spielabend dabei wärst, wäre das schön. Alles natürlich nach Lust und Laune bzw. Stresslevel. Eine gewisse Grundordnung deinerseits (wir haben einen Putzplan) wäre auch gut :)
Your roommates are three super nice and relaxed guys: Hannes (34), Julian (32) and Juan José (24). Hannes is already working. Juan José is currently studying for his master's degree. Julian is studying for a bachelor’s degree, but already works alongside. So it's not a party flat share, but it would be nice if you're not looking for a purely functional flat share. I.e. if you were to join us for a cooking or game evening from time to time, that would be nice. Everything of course according to your mood or stress level. A certain basic order on your part (we have a cleaning plan) would also be great :)
Das Zimmer ist zwar schon ab sofort frei, kann aber auch gern ab dem 01.09. genommen werden.
Es wäre schön wenn ihr ein paar Worte zu euch schreibt. Meine Mitbewohner würden sich dann bei euch melden wegen Besichtigungsterminen. Online Meetings wären auch ok für uns, falls du nicht in Jena sein solltest.
The room is already available now, but you could also start leasing from September 1. It would be nice if you write a few words about yourself. So my roommates can contact you and let you know about dates for viewing the apartment. It would be also possible to do a Zoom/skype meeting if you're not in Jena.
