ich biete ein teilmöbliertes Zimmer (Schreibtisch) mit
15 qm Wohnfläche in einer 4er WG zur Zwischen- bzw. Nachmiete an.
Dabei bestehe ich darauf, dass das Zimmer ab 17.09.10 bezogen wird ggf. auch früher wenn erwünscht.
Die WG befindet sich im 3. OG und hat ein großes Bad und eine ausreichend große Küche. Der Garten mit Steingrill und Sitzmöglichkeiten kann von allen Hausbewohnern genutzt werden.
Keller ist auch vorhanden.
Es gibt allerdings einen Haken,
da ich mich um alle weiteren NK gekümmert habe, muss sich der neue Mieter um TV-, Telefon/Internet- und Stromanschluss selbst kümmern bzw. mit dem Vermieter ausmachen.
