Da unser Mitbewohner auszieht, suchen wir ab sofort eine(n) Nachmieter(in).
Wir - Max (20, Lehramt), Marie(21, Pharmazie) und Andrea(22, Pharmazie) - freuen uns auf einen aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohner, der nicht nur an einer Zweck-WG interessiert ist: Wir verbringen gern gemütliche Abende zusammen und kochen oder schauen einen Film an.
Die Wohnung ist schön zentral gelegen: Zu Fuß sind es 15 min ins Zentrum, mit Bus und Bahn (Haltestelle Spittelplatz nur 2 min entfernt) brauchst du nur 5 min. Auch Aldi, Real und Lidl sind ganz nah und wenn du mal entspannen möchtest, ist die Saale gleich um die Ecke.
Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß; in dem angegebenen Mietpreis ist schon alles drin (auch Internet- und Telefonflatrate).
