Das Zimmer ist 11,5 qm klein aber fein. Es wurde erst im Oktober 2011 neu mit Laminat verlegt und die Wände neu verputzt!
Außerdem ist man super schnell zu Fuß an der FH und die Bushaltestelle oder die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist auch nicht weit weg!
Das Fenster ist zur Straße, jedoch hört man kaum etwas, da nicht so großer Verkehr ist.
Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber es passt trotzdem echt alles rein was man brauch!
Bei Bedarf, kann das Bett auch übernommen werden!
Das habe ich erst neu gekauft und würde es auch gern für das 200€ verkaufen.

nur 5-7 minuten Fußweg zur FH
Bus und Bahn in der Nähe
Und ins Paradies ist es auch nur ein kurzer Fußweg
Es wartet bisher ein Mitbewohner, Ben 26 Jahre alt auf euch.
Mein anderer Mitbewohner zieht auch aus, so dass die WG fast neu gegründet wird ;)
