Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern (ca. 14m², 14m², und 21 m²) für zwei Personen. Die Zimmer sind voll möbliert und Sie werden zwei Zimmer zu einem Gesamtkosten von nur 400 Eur nehmen. Es gibt ein Bett, eine Sofa, zwei Schrank, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch und ein Bürostuhl, den du übernehmen könntest, wenn du möchtest. Es gibt auch einen Balkon, auf dem du deine Wäsche aufhängen kannst. Die Küche und das Bad nutzen wir zusammen. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Waschmachine, Kühlschrank und alles andere ist schon vorhanden. Es gibt außerdem ein eigenes Kellerabteil, das wir nutzen können.

The flat consists of 3 rooms (about 14m², 14m², and 21 m²) for two people. The rooms are fully furnished and you will take two rooms at a total cost of 400 Eur only. There is a Couch, bed, Closet, Desk and one Office chair that you could take over if you want. There is also a balcony where you can hang your laundry. The kitchen and the bathroom are shared. The apartment is fully furnished. The washing machine, refrigerator and everything else are already available. There is also an own store room which we can use.
Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Zu der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Platanenstraße läufst du nur 3 Minuten. Zur Emil-Wölk Haltestelle läuft man 4 Minuten. In 12 Minuten bist du in der Stadt. Es gibt außerdem einen Lidl, Rewe und Rossmann in direkter Nähe. Auch das Kaufland ist nicht weit. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gibtes direkt vor der Tür. Das Universitätsklinikum ist direkt gegenüber. Es besteht auch eine direkte Autobahnanbindung.

The apartment is very well located. To the tram stop Platanenstraße you walk only 3 minutes, to Emil-Wölk Straße only 4 minutes. In 12 minutes you are in the city. There is also a Lidl, Rewe and Rossmann in the immediate vicinity. Kaufland is also not far away. Free parking is available directly in front of the building. The university hospital is directly across the street. There is also a direct highway connection.
WG-Leben
Mein Name ist Anthony. Ich habe BWL im Master studiert und bin jetzt fertig. Derzeit arbeite ich in Teilzeit in einer Firma und lerne in Teilzeit Deutsch. Das WG Leben wird eher ruhig sein, aber wir können gerne zusammen kochen oder auch etwas unternehmen. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, höre Musik und lese gerne.
