Nuestro apartamento está situado en el borde de la Damenviertel cerca del Nordschule. Una de las cosas que más nos gusta es su ubicación impresionante: el barrio es súper fresco y frío con familias y estudiantes, y las conexiones son tan convenientes que realmente no necesita preocuparse por eso.

La parada de tranvía está justo delante de nosotros. Con una frecuencia de 10 minutos, se puede llegar al centro de la ciudad en 5 minutos. Además, a 7 minutos tenemos una parada de autobús y la estación de tren Saalbahnhof, donde todos los regionales pasan por Jena Paradies paran.

También puede caminar rápidamente hasta el Saale. El centro, la universidad etc. se puede llegar en unos minutos en bicicleta :) Varios caminos hasta el Landgrafen y Napoleónstein te invitan a caminar más tiempo.

En cuanto a los comestibles, hay un Lidl 5 minutos de distancia.

Our flat is located on the edge of the Damenviertel near the Nordschule. One of the things we like the most is its awesome location: the neighborhood is super cool and chill with both families and students, and the connections are so convenient you do not really need to worry about that.

The tram stop is right in front of us. With a frequency of 10 minutes, you can reach the city center in 5 minutes. On top of that, 7 minutes away we have a bus stop and the train station Saalbahnhof, where all regionals going through Jena Paradies stop.

You can also quickly walk to the Saale. The centre, university etc. can be reached in a few minutes by bike :) Various paths up to the Landgrafen and Napoleonstein invite you to take longer walks.

Regarding groceries, there is a Lidl 5 mins away.

Soy Adriana y me mudaré a otra ciudad en junio para un nuevo trabajo. Es por eso que estoy buscando a alguien que quisiera mudarse a mi habitación y compartir mi apartamento con Inma (26, de España) y Renu (31, de India), dos adorables compañeros de piso! He tenido un montón de grandes momentos con ellos: juegos y noches de cocina juntos, karaoke o chats diarios en la cocina.

Mis compañeros de piso están buscando una persona agradable, idealmente una mujer de 25 a 35 años, para unirse a ellos en su vida del GT. Les gustaría tener a alguien que disfruta viviendo juntos y quiere compartir parte de su tiempo. Esto no significa que usted necesita ser besties de inmediato, pero no quieren a alguien que pasará todo el día en su habitación y no interactuar con ellos.

Tanto Renu como Inma son bastante fáciles y alegres. Les gusta charlar mucho y a menudo se encuentran en la cocina mientras cocinan o salen a correr juntos. Tocan música a menudo y les gustaría seguir haciendo eso.

Otro aspecto clave de nuestro GT es la limpieza y la higiene: es importante para ellos que la casa se mantenga limpia durante la semana y se siga el plan de limpieza. Por lo tanto, es necesario para ellos que el nuevo inquilino se une a la dinámica continua manteniendo los espacios comunes limpios, haciendo las tareas asignadas y cuidando de la casa en general.

I'm Adriana and I'm moving to another city in June for a new job. That's why I'm looking for someone who would like to move into my room and share my flat with Inma (26, from Spain) and Renu (31, from India), two lovely flatmates! I've had lots of great times with them: games and cooking evenings together, karaoke or just everyday chats in the kitchen.

My flatmates are looking for a nice person, ideally a woman aged 25-35, to join them in their WG life. They would like to have someone that enjoys living together and wants to share part of her time. This does not mean that you need to be besties right away, but they do not want someone who will spend the whole day in their room and not interact with them.

Both Renu and Inma are pretty easy-going and cheerful. They like chatting a lot and often meet in the kitchen while cooking or go out for a run together. They play music often and would like to keep doing that.

Another key aspect of our WG is cleanliness and hygiene: it is important for them that the house is maintained clean over the week and the cleaning plan is followed. Hence, it is a must for them that the new tenant joins the ongoing dynamics by keeping the common spaces clean, doing the assigned chores and caring about the house in general.

Regarding the main communication language in our WG, we talk in English as you might have guessed from this ad.
