Die Wohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss eines Hauses (Gartenseite) in direkter Nähe zur Ladenzeile Nordstrasse mit Bäckerei und weiteren Geschäften. 6km zum Forschungszentrum Jülich und 1600m zum FH Campus.
Basement / souterrain of a building (back side, garden side) in direct proximity to the stores on Nordstrasse with bakery and other shops. 6km to Jülich Research Center and walking distance (1600m) to Jülich Campus (FH).
Zur Zeit sind noch alle drei Zimmer verfügbar; sobald sich dies ändert, werden wir dies hier aktualisieren und über Mitbewohner informieren.
In der Vergangenheit wohnten hier Mitglieder des Forschungszentrums und Studenten der FH Jülich, die die ruhige Umgebung zum Lernen und Arbeiten schätzten.
Right now all three rooms are available. We will update this as soon as there are any changes and inform you of any flatmates.
In the past the rooms were occupied by members of the Jülich Research Center and students of the Jülich Campus who appreciated the quiet environment for learning and concentrating on their studies.
Die Monatsmiete beträgt €220 - €240 je nach Größe des Zimmers und ist warm inklusive aller Nebenkosten. Wir setzen auf ein gutes und vertrauensvolles Verhältnis zu unseren Mietern und möchten die Abrechnung für Sie so einfach wie möglich und kalkulierbar halten. Unsere Familie vermietet seit Jahrzehnten Zimmer an Studierende und Forschende aus aller Welt. Einige Mieter haben für viele Jahre bei uns gewohnt, aber wir wissen auch um die manchmal kurzfristigen Planänderungen in Studium und Forschung und bieten kulante und flexible Konditionen an.
Ausserdem vermieten wir noch ein Zimmer in einer Vierer-WG im 1.Obergeschoss, dort wohnen bereits drei chinesische Doktoren und Doktoranden, schauen Sie gerne in unser weiteres Angebot oder sprechen Sie uns an.
The monthly rent is €220 - €240 (depending on room size) includung heat and all other expenses in order to make billing easy and predictable. Our family has been renting out rooms for students and researchers from all over the world for decades. Some tenants stayed with us for many years, still we know about possible changes at short notice in your studies or research and offer fair and flexible conditions to accomodate your needs.
In addition we are letting one room in a four room apartment on the 2nd floor, the three other flatmates there are Chinese PhDs and PhD students. Feel free to check out our other offers or contact us for further details.
