PhD-Student sucht ein WG-Zimmer in der Nähe des FZJ

Mein Name ist Timur Bikulov. Ich bin ein 24-jähriger Student aus Russland. Am ersten September beginne ich meine Doktorarbeit in Elektrotechnik am Institut für Bioelektronik des Forschungszentrums Jülich, die drei Jahre dauern wird. In diesem Zusammenhang bin ich auf der Suche nach einer komfortablen Wohnung, nicht weit vom FZJ entfernt. Ich spreche fließend Englisch und spreche mehr oder weniger Deutsch. Ich bin kontaktfreudig und aufgeschlossen, bevorzuge aber ruhige Treffpunkte, da ich Wert auf nachbarschaftliche Beziehungen lege. Ich versuche, eine angenehme Atmosphäre um mich herum zu schaffen und den Menschen um mich herum zu helfen. Zu meinen Lieblingssportarten gehören Laufen, Klettern, Schwimmen und Wandern. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir gemeinsam Sport treiben würden.
Ich rauche nicht und missbrauche keinen Alkohol. Ich liebe gemeinsame Kochevents und verbessere meine Kochkünste ständig, indem ich neue Rezepte ausprobiere. Aber auf jeden Fall lasse ich die Küche nach dem Kochen sauber, da ich glaube, dass der makellose Zustand der Gemeinschaftsräume ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der häuslichen Gemütlichkeit ist. Außerdem tue ich mein Bestes, um meine Nachbarn nicht zu stören (z. B. wenn ich etwas extrem stinkendes koche oder laute Musik höre). Was meine Persönlichkeit in Bezug auf die Einstellung zum Eigentum betrifft, so bin ich fleißig und haushälterisch. Ich mag Sauberkeit und Ordnung, und wenn etwas um mich herum kaputt ist, versuche ich, es durch meine Bemühungen zu reparieren, was meine früheren Vermieter sehr schätzten.

My name is Timur Bikulov. I am a 24-year-old student from Russia. On the first of September, I am starting a PhD in Electrical Engineering at the Bioelectronics Institute at the Jülich Research Center, which will last three years. I am sociable and open-minded, but I prefer quiet hangouts as I care for neighbourhood relations. I try to create a comfortable atmosphere around me and help people around me. There are running, rock climbing, swimming and hiking, among my favourite sports. I would be glad if we would do sports together.
I do not smoke and do not abuse alcohol. I love cooking together events and am continuously improving my cooking skills by trying new recipes. But in any case, I leave the kitchen clean after the cooking as I believe that the pristine condition of commonplaces is an essential part of home cosiness. Also, I do my best not to disturb my neighbours (e.g. cooking something extremely smelly, listening to loud music). As for my personality in terms of attitude to property, I am diligent and housekeeping. I like neatness and order, and if something is broken around me, I try to repair it by my efforts, which my previous landlords appreciated much.
