Das Zimmer ist wohnungsfertig und mit allem ausgestattet (Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Tisch und Bürostuhl). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Teller, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine). Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, 1 großes (mit Badewanne und Dusche) und 1 kleines. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, mit extra Stauraum. Das Wohnzimmer ist nur teilweise möbliert, es gibt also Platz, um einige Dinge mitzubringen, wenn Sie möchten. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon und befindet sich im 5. Stock mit Aufzug. Es gibt Platz, um Ihr Fahrrad draußen vor dem Gebäude abzustellen.

The room is ready-for-living, furnished with everything (double bed, wardrobe, table and office chair). The kitchen is fully equipped (plates, oven, microwave, washing machine). There are two bathrooms, 1 big (with tub and shower), 1 small. There is a large living room, with extra storage space. The living room is only partially furnished, so there is place to bring some things if you want to. The flat has a big balcony, and is situated on the 5th floor, with elevator. There is space to leave your bike outside, in front of the building.
Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Jülich An den Aspen, von wo aus Sie mit den Nahverkehrszügen das Zentrum von Jülich (in 5 min), das Forschungszentrum und Duren erreichen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 15 min entfernt. Es gibt einen Penny-Supermarkt, der 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist, und Real (großer Supermarkt) ist eine Bahnhaltestelle entfernt (20 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Nachbarschaft ist wohlhabend, schön und ruhig. Es gibt einen Naturwander- und Radweg entlang des Flusses ganz in der Nähe des Gebäudes.

The flat is very close to train station Julich An den Aspen, where the local trains take you to Julich center (in 5 min), Forschungszentrum and Duren. The closest bus stop is about 15 min away. There is a Penny supermarket 10 min walking away, and Real (big supermarket) one train stop away (20 min walking). The neighborhood is residential, nice and quiet. There is a nature walking + cycling path along the river very close to the building.
Ihre zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind zwei Mädchen, Doktorandin und Wissenschaflter am Forschungszentrum Jülich. Das Wohnen in der WG ist ruhig und entspannt, wir essen gelegentlich zusammen zu Abend und wir respektieren den Raum und die Privatsphäre des anderen.
