This Zimmer is in perfect location in Juelich: right in the city center with the old church standing nearby. It's 2 minutes walk to supermarket Netto, 3 minutes walk to DM, 3 minutes walk to the gym, 2 minutes walk to bus station and 10 minutes walk to train station.
The other roommates are very clean, very nice, and do not smoke. The are Chinese and working in FH Aachen and Juelich research center. Sometimes we cook together, watch movie and have fun. They can speak English and German.
The apartment has two balcony, one big living room with a TV and sofa where we usually watch football games or movies. My room, the room that will be rented, is 21 m^2 large, with a bed, a table, and a wardrobe, and almost everything you will need in daily life. And you don't need to pay for them. It is a short-term rent, or "zwischen" in German.
