Weil ich in Juli fur mein Abschlussarbeit/ Forschung reisen muss, vermiete ich mein Zimmer ab 10 Juli (oder ab sofort) bis Ende Monats. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Lesesessel, Regale, Schrank). Die Küche, Bad und WC sind mit vier anderen Mitbewohnern (alle sehr nett) geteilt. Es gibt auch ein Wohnzimmer. Eigener Parkplatz, Fahrradgarage. Die Miete beträgt 170 Euro (fur 3 Woche). Wir koennen uber die Kaution besprechen.
Bei Interesse, bitte ruf mich an oder sms am besten (bei Mail geht klar auch).
Die Lage ist sehr toll (schoenste Strasse in Kaiserslautern :D), ruhig aber in der Nähe zum Zentrum und Bahnhof. Stadpark liegt auch neben sowie so ein Basketball Feld. Aldi is 5 Minuten entfernt, Edeka und Rewe etwa 10 Minuten.
