Weil ich im kommenden Wintersemester ein Praktikum in Bremen mache, wird mein Zimmer vom 01.11.2016 - 30.01.2017 frei.
Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss eines Altbaus mit zwei weiteren WGs oben drüber in ruhiger Lage nahe des Stadtparks. Das Zimmer ist 20 m² groß und ist in einer Dreier-WG mit zwei netten Mitbewohnern/in. Es hat ein 2,10 m hohes Hochbett, also hast du noch mehr Wohnfläche um dich auszubreiten. Von der Küche aus hast du Zugang zu dem Balkon, wo sich ab dem frühem Nachmittag wunderbar in der Sonne lernen bzw. liegen lässt... wenns das Wetter zu dieser Jahreszeit zulässt. Im Bad gibt es sowohl Dusche als auch Badewanne. Außerdem gibt es WLAN und eine Telefonflat aufs Handy und Festnetz. Im Keller gibt es noch für jede einen Verschlag und eine Waschmaschine für alle.
Von der Wohnung braucht man zur Uni mit dem Rad 10-15 min und mit dem Bus 5 min. Der Kaiserslauterner Hbf ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Also eine top Anbindung.
Meine Möbel würde ich da lassen. Also hättest du eine großen Schrank, Schreibtisch, 3 Stühle, eine Couch + Tischchen.
Für 280€/Monat (190€ + ca. 90€ Nebenkosten) kannst du gerne hier einziehen.
Falls es dich Interessiert, kannst du gerne vorbeikommen und dir alles ansehen. Fass das nicht klappt, können wir auch Skypen.
In the upcoming fall semester i will be doing a internship in Bremen.
Therefore my room will be free from 01.11.2016 - 30.01.2017. The flat is shared by three persons (one boy, one girl and you) and on the ground floor. There also students living on the other floors. The room is 20 m² big and has a loft bed. The room has a very high ceiling. You can even stand underneath the bed. The flat has a balcony (entrance from the kitchen), perfect to sunbath in the afternoon, if its warm enough. You will have internet via WLAN and phone flat rate to mobiles and landline. In the basement there is a washing machine for the whole house to use.
The location of the flat is great. It takes you 3 minutes by feet to the main train station, but no worries you don’t hear any trains. 5 minutes by bus to Uni, by bike. There is a very nice park just around the corner (Stadtpark). Moreover, it takes you 5 minutes by bike to the city center.
The room is furnished. That includes a loft bed, desk, 3 chairs, couch + table and cupboard.
The rent is 280€/month everything included.
