Hello :)
I am looking for a new flatmate for our 2 person flat share.
The spacious and comfortable room is 14 m2 big and thanks to the big window it is very bright.
All furniture stays in the room for a small price of 150 Euro. This includes a 150x200 bed, wardrobe, cupboards (one with mirror), 2 night small tables, working desk and 2 chairs.
The shared flat is located at the main station. Shopping facilities are only a few minutes' walk away. Netto, Aldi, Edeka 5min - Rewe 10min. Barbarossa Bakery and Subway are 2min away.
There are some bars and cafés nearby. The city centre and K in Lautern are only 10min away on foot.
The transport connections are very good. As the flat is located at the main station, there are always bus/trains. The TU can be reached by bus in 8-10min, the FH in 20min on foot or 10 min by bus.
I am moving in with my boyfriend and will leave the flat, so I'm looking for a new flatmate for our flat share for two.
We are not a special-purpose flat share and like to do something. My roommate likes bouldering twice a week and would be happy if you would come with her. We often meet in the kitchen, cook together and talk about our day.
If you prefer your peace and quiet, that's also no problem :)
The flat has a large kitchen with cooker and oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, all of which are available. We also have our own washing machine which is completely new!
I will leave all my dishes, pots, pans and cutlery, which is already included in the room price.
If you are interested, please send me an email and tell me something about yourself (e.g. What is your profession? or what are you studying Where are you from? age, hobbies etc.)
The more information you give, the better my flatmate can determine whether you work well together!
From there we can arrange a visit. :)
If there are any questions, just ask! I am looking forward to it!
