Unsere Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss (4.OG) eines Mietshauses. Wir suchen ab dem 1. September 2023 (es könnte gerne eventuell auch etwas früher oder später sein) einen neuen Mitbewohner. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca. 25 m² groß und vollständig möbliert.
Zu den Möbeln gehören:
Zwei große Regale mit Schubladen, ein kleines Regal, ein Spiegel, eine große Kommode mit drei Schubladen, ein großer Kleiderschrank mit viel Stauraum, ein Schreibtisch mit zwei Schubladencontainern, ein Schreibtischstuhl, Bett mit Lattenrost und die zwei Deckenlampen. Das Klavier und die Bank dazu, die Stehlampe gehören nicht dazu!
Durch das große Fenster ist Dein Zimmer sehr hell und man hat einen schönen Ausblick in Richtung Betzenberg.
Außerdem hat die Wohnung 3 weitere Zimmer, sowie ein Tageslichtbad, ein Küche, ein Gäste-WC (auch mit Tageslicht) und einen geräumigen Flur, in dem sich ein Wandschrank mit viel Staufläche und eine Waschmaschine befindet.
Die gute Wohnungsaufteilung und der viele Platz machen das tägliche Treppensteigen wieder wett ;-)
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend auf der Straße vor unserem Haus und in der näheren Umgebung per Anwohnerparkausweis. Des Weiteren haben wir auch einen Hof, in dem man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann.

Our apartment is located in the attic floor (4th floor) of an apartment building. We are looking for a new roommate from September 1st 2023 (you can also move in a little earlier or later maybe). Your future room is about 25 m² and is fully furnished.
To the furniture belongs:
Two large shelves with drawers, a small shelf, a mirror, a large chest of drawers with three drawers, a large closet with plenty of storage space, a desk with two drawer containers, a desk chair, bed with slatted frame and the two ceiling lamps. The piano and the bench to it, the floor lamp and the mattress do not belong to it, because the mattress was very expensive. If there is interest, the mattress can be bought off.
Because of the huge window your room is very bright and you ve got a nice view above the city and of the Betzenberg.
In addition, the apartment has 3 more rooms, as well as a daylight bathroom, a kitchen, a guest toilet (also with daylight) and a spacious hallway with a wall cupboard with a lot of storage space and a washing machine.
The good apartment layout and the lots of space make up for the daily stair climbing ;-)
There is enough parking space on the street in front of our house and in the nearer surroundings by residents parking permit. We also have a yard where you can park your bike.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, ca. 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof, sowie ca. 10 Gehminuten zur Innenstadt und 1 Gehminute zum Stadtpark und Bushaltestelle. Es sind 10 Gehminuten bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Die TU ist mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten und die FH in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Allgemein ist eigentlich alles Wichtige zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen, sodass man nicht von den Bussen abhängig ist oder unbedingt ein Auto braucht.
The apartment is centrally located, about 5 minutes walk to the train station, about 10 minutes walk to the city centre and 1 minute walk to the city park and bus stop. It is a 10 minute walk to the next shopping opportunity. The TU can be reached by bus in 10 minutes and the FH in 15 minutes.
In general, you can reach all important things by foot or by bike, so you are not dependent on the buses or need a car.
Wir suchen ab dem 31.08.2023 eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die keine Party-WG oder Zweck-WG sucht. Wir legen Wert auf ein gemeinschaftliches und rücksichtsvolles zusammenleben, dazu gehört auch, dass man gewisse Anforderungen von Sauberkeit in den Allgemeinräumen einhält und sich selbst auch nicht zu schade ist, mal den Putzlappen in die Hand zu nehmen. Wir haben eine große und gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was man braucht (Gewürze, Teller, Besteck, Pfannen und Töpfe, etc.). Die Sachen können gemeinschaftlich benutzt werden. Auch eine Spülmaschine, die den Abwasch erleichtert ;) Wir haben auch einen neuen und sehr großen Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank mit genug Stauraum für alle. Zur WG gehört natürlich auch eine neue Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer.

Er ist urspünglich aus Indonesien, 21 Jahre alt und Student im Fach Maschinenbau an der TU Kaiserslautern. Er macht gerne Musik, beschäftigt sich gerne mit vielen neuen Dingen und ist im Fachschaftsrat an der Uni sehr engagiert.
We are looking for a new roommate from 31.08.2021, who is not looking for a party flat or a special purpose flat. We will focus on a communal and considerate living together, which also includes keeping certain requirements of cleanliness in the common areas and not being too bad for yourself to take the rag in your hand. We have a large and well equipped kitchen with everything you need (Spices, plates, cutlery, pans and pots, etc.). The things can be used communally. Also a dishwasher, which makes washing dishes easier ;) We also have a new and very large refrigerator and freezer with enough storage space for everyone. To the WG belongs of course also a new washing machine and clothes horse.

He is originally from Indonesia, 21 years old and a student of mechanical engineering at the TU Kaiserslautern. He likes to make music, to deal with many new things and is very involved in the student council at the university.
