Ein schönes Zimmer in Lautern! Dein Zimmer hat 36qm und bietet genügend Platz zur persönlichen Entfaltung. Es hat Eine große Fensterfront, mit Aussicht über die Stadt. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet.
Die ganze Wohnung hat insgesamt 116qm, dazu gehört auch ein großzügiger Wohn- und Essbereich (35qm) mit Einbauküche inklusive Spülmaschine und Kühl-/Gefrierkombination. Vor unserem Einzug wurde alles renoviert, Küche und Bad sind auf einem aktuellen Stand der Technik.

A nice room in Lautern! Your room has 36sqm and offers enough space for personal development. It has a large window front, with a view over the city. The room is rented furnished.
The whole apartment has a total of 116sqm, including a spacious living and dining area (35sqm) with fitted kitchen including dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Before we moved in, everything was renovated, kitchen and bathroom are state of the art.

Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral am Altstadtrand. Um in die Altstadt zu gelangen muss nur eine Straße überquert werden. Ins Stadtzentrum und zur zentralen Bushaltestelle am Rathaus sind es nur 6 Gehminuten. Außerdem kann die Linie 104 über die Bushaltestellen
Hackstraße oder Alte Stadtmauer in nur 1-2 Minuten erreicht werden. Von der Stadtmitte zur Uni sind es mit dem Bus ca. 15 Minuten. Supermärkte und Discounter stehen in ausreichender Anzahl in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Mit einem Anwohnerparkhausweis kann auch vor der Tür geparkt werden.

Hackstraße can be reached in only 1-2 minutes. From the city center to the university it takes about 15 minutes by bus. Supermarkets and discount stores are available in sufficient numbers nearby. With a resident parking permit, you can also park in front of the door.
WG-Leben:
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Andre und Thais (Student im Bauingenieurwesen und PhD im Chemie). Sie kochen gerne, machen Sport und sitzen abends gerne bei einem Bier oder Wein zusammen. Am Wochenende gehen sie gerne Feiern, lassen es aber auch mal ruhiger angehen. Insgesamt herrscht ein entspanntes und friedliches Klima in der WG. Solltest du mal deine Ruhe haben wollen ist das ebenfalls kein Problem, die Privatsphäre wird gegenseitig respektiert.

Your new flatmates are Andre and Thais (student in civil Engineering, PhD in Chemistry). They like to cook, do sports and sit together in the evenings with a beer or wine. On weekends they like to go out partying, but we also like to take it easy sometimes. Overall, there is a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere in the shared flat. If you want to have your peace and quiet, that's no problem either, privacy is mutually respected.
