There are 2 living rooms, a kitchen and bath in the flat. The room for rent is equipped with a sofa and armchair, shelves and drawers. A magazine table, lamp and TV are also included and MUST stay inside according to the contract. The room is bright and spacious, perfectly matching student's demands. However, a place for rest is a problem, probably a retractable bed should be considered. There is no washing machine, maybe we could buy a small one together, now I use a laundrette. Registration is possible, however the rental period is short: until 30 october 2023
The stadtmitte bus stop is 10 min on foot and another stop is only 5 min far from the apartment. Kaufland, K in Lautern mall and small shops are located nearby as well. The neighbourhood is quiet and comfortable.
I'm first year Master student at the TUK, studying physics. I'm not a partygoer, however, I like to hang out with friends sometimes. I enjoy watching movies, reading books and doing calisthenics (had a long break). I expect the tenant to be well-mannered and considerate to not bother neighbours and follow basic rules (like cleaning etc). But in general I'm a friendly and open-minded person, ready to help you with some issues and questions
