Ich suchen eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner(in) für die WG für die Zeit meines Praktikums. Es handelt sich um das 14 m² große helle und ruhige Zimmer.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet, die restliche WG ist vollständig eingerichtet.
Die Küche sowie die das Badezimmer und Gäste-WC wurden vor wenigen Jahren renoviert, sodass diese in einem Top Zustand sind.
Backofen, Ceranfeld sowie ein Kühlschrank sind vorhanden und Teller, Besteck als auch Kochutensilien sind ebenfalls Bestandteil der Kücheneinrichtung.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit neuem Laminat ausgestattet.
I am looking for a nice flatmate for the time of my internship. The room in question is 14 m², bright and quiet.
The room is rented furnished, the rest of the flat share is fully equipped.
The kitchen, bathroom and guest WC were renovated a few years ago and are in top condition.
Oven, ceramic hob and a fridge are available and plates, cutlery and cooking utensils are also part of the kitchen equipment.
The living room has new laminate flooring.
Die Wohnung ist ruhiggelegen ca. 8 Gehminuten von der RPTU KL entfernt, des Weiteren ist man innerhalb weniger Gehminuten in der Natur.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls sehr schnell innerhalb von ca. 2 Minuten zu erreichen.
In die Innenstadt dauert es ca. 15 min mit dem Bus und ca. 8 min mit dem Auto.
In Gehreichweite befinden sich außerdem ein Lidl, die Post sowie eine Apotheke, sodass man eigentlich rundumversorgt ist.
Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist optional erhältlich.

The nearest bus stop can also be reached very quickly within approx. 2 minutes.

Die WG wird ebenfalls von meinem Mitbewohner Adrian(22) (Dualer Student) bewohnt, welcher während dieser Zeit weiterhin hier wohnen wird.
Im Optimalfall bist du Student und hast Interesse an einem gemütlichen WG-Leben.
Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig und WG-Partys in unserer WG sind eher unerwünscht, da unsere Nachbarn (nicht Studenten) das auch nicht allzu lang mitmachen würden.

Ideally, you should be a student and interested in a cosy shared flat.
Cleanliness is important to us and shared flat parties in our shared flat are rather undesirable, as our neighbours (not students) would not go along with this for too long.
