Due to my exchange semester coming to an end, therefore I am looking for a tenant or two to take my WG room over from the 27th of February.
It's a 25m2 fully furnished room that is located in the first floor of the two-story + basement mansion. It was originally designed for two persons but you can also live alone.
Rent is 430 Euros including high-speed internet, electricity, heating, garbage disposal and water consumption costs.
The room has two heaters that heat the room within minutes and it has two windows so it is quite bright even in the cloudiest days. You will have two blankets and 3 pillows. You don't need to bring anything other than a mattress cover and sheet covers. The floor is fully covered in carpet.
There are so many spaces to store your stuff and even a shoe rack.
Its is located in Kamp-Lintfort, Daschberg. 3.5km away from the University. There’s a bus stop 3mins away from it and buses take you to the university in 20 mins (it travels in the city). Aldi is 15 minutes walking, 5 mins bike, and 3 min bus distance away. There's a bike shed and car parking area that you can park. Landlord tends to have bikes you can rent monthly for a very cheap price.
The mansion also has 3 kitchens. In the basement, there is a big laundry room with 4 washing machines and 2 dryers you can use for free. There's also a big storage area with multiple fridges and freezers. The kitchen is fully equipped so you don't need to bring any utensils.
On the first floor, there are 3 toilets, one bathtub and 2 showers. Bathtub+shower and 2 toilets located right next to the room.
The deposit is 300 Euros but can be paid in 3 installments.
The mansion has so many people from different countries, ages, and backgrounds but they are mostly students of HSRW. You don’t have to be a student to move into the building. Everyone is warmly welcomed.
