Winter wonderland: large bedroom in 2 bedroom apartment

El más grande de los 2 dormitorios está arriba para agarrar. Cuenta con una hermosa iluminación suave a medida que el sol se levanta, y vistas soñadas deTable Mountain. Desde el balcón, también es visible un sliver del océano.

El apartamento se encuentra en un complejo seguro en un barrio seguro, a poca distancia (asignado 5min) del centro comercial del jardín (donde se pueden encontrar tiendas de comestibles, una farmacia y buenos cafés).

El más pequeño de los dormitorios está actualmente ocupado por mi amigo Malcolm... un hombre de cámara súper refrigerado por día, y bestie
amigo bromista a la hora de cenar. Tristemente, Malcolm no está mucho, ya que viaja regularmente en la asignación haciendo documentales de la naturaleza. Así que a menudo tendrás todo el apartamento para ti mismo (incl. la bahía de aparcamiento subterráneo) mientras él está fuera. Dicho esto, cuando él esté en casa puedes encontrarlo enclavado en su habitación trabajando tranquilamente, o estará preparando un café delicadomente equilibrado en la cocina. Él es ordenado y educado, y ha compartido el espacio felizmente con hombres, mujeres, ellos y ellos. 10/10 recomendaría!

Looking for a winter escape during June and July 2025?
This cozy apartment is bright on even the rainiest of days!

The largest of the 2 bedroom is up for grabs. It boasts gorgeous soft lighting as the sun rises, and dreamy views ofTable Mountain. From the balcony, a sliver of the ocean is visible too!

The apartment is in a secure complex in a safe neighborhood, within walking distance (<5min) from the Garden's Shopping Center (where grocery stores, a pharmacy, and good cafes can be found).

The smaller of the bedrooms is currently occupied by my friend Malcolm-- a super chilled camera man by day, and bestie
joker friend by dinner time. Sadly, Malcolm isn't around very much, as he travels regularly on assignment making badass nature documentaries. So you will often have the entire apartment to yourself (incl. the underground parking bay) while he is away. That said, when he is home you can find him nestled into his room working quietly, or he'll be brewing a delicately balanced coffee in the kitchen. He is tidy and polite, and has shared the space happily with males, females, theys and thems. 10/10 would recommend!
