Es sind 2 Zimmer wobei das eine ein Durcggangszimmer zum Schlafzimmer ist. Beide Zimmer sind möbliert. Gemeinschaftsräume sind die Küche und das Bad sowie der Balkon. In der Küche steht ein großer Kühlschrank der genügend Platz für 3 Personen hat. Inkl. einem größerem Gefrierfach das wirklich vollkommen ausreicht.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 3-4 Minuten entfernt. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Schloßplatz ist ca. 5 Minuetn entfernt. Fahrzeit in die Innenstadt (Marktplatz) ca. 20 Minuten. Zum Bahnhof Durlach sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten. Autobahnanschluss ict ca. 3 Km entfernt.
Die WG besteht normalerweise aus 3 Bewohner. Die Bewohner sind alle berufstätig und arbeiten nur unter der Woche hier in Durlach. Sie sind auch nicht jede Woche und jeden Tag hier. Das Leben in der WG ist also somit sehr ruhig da man ja am Abend es auch eher ruhig und gemütlich angeht.
Da in der WG nur Wochenendheimfahrer wohnen wird vorzugsweise auch ein Wochenendheimfahrer gesucht. Dies schließt eine Wochenendübernachtung natürlich nicht aus sollte aber eher die Ausnahme sein.
