Das Zimmer ist 12 m² groß und ist zu einem Innenhof gelegen. Durch das große Fenster ist es schön hell. Das Zimmer kann unmöbiliert oder möbiliert vermietet werden. Die Möbel wären Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank und ein Hochbett. Wir können dann einfach absprechen welche Möbel benötigt werden.
Die WG hat eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, ein Bad mit Wanne und ein separates Klo. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, mit allem was man zum kochen und backen braucht. Es gibt auch zwei Kühlschränke und zwei Gefrierschränke, sowie viel Stauraum in Küchenschränken.
The room is 12 m² big. It is located at a inner courtyard and therefore nice and quiet. Because of the large window the room is always bright. The room can be rent with or without furniture. The available furnitures are a desk, chair, wardrobe and a loft bed. We can just talk about the funiture you need and don´t need.
The WG has a dishwasher and a washing machine, a bathroom with tub and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking. There are also two refrigerators and two freezers and plenty of storage space in kitchen cabinets.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, man hat keinen Straßenlärm. Die Linie 2 ist nur vier Minuten entfernt, am KIT ist man in 20 Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es zum KIT 20-25 Minuten. Zum Durlacher Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten.
Ein Rewe ist 3 Minuten entfernt, Aldi, DM und ein türkischer Supermarkt sind auch in der Nähe.
The tram is just 4 minutes away, it takes 20 minutes to KIT. With a bike it takes 20-25 minutes to get to the KIT.
Shopping facilities like a Rewe with bakery, DM and Aldi are just 3 minutes away.
Mit dir wohnen würden Paul (24) und Lena (20). Paul arbeitet und Lena studiert am KIT. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Tagesablauf aber für eine nette Unterhaltung sind beide zu haben.
