The kitchen is compact with a stove, oven, refrigerator and cupboards with plenty of space.
There is a small storage room and a washing machine in the basement.
The bathroom is relatively large with a bathtub and shower and a shelf for toiletries.

The apartment is in a great central location. You can get to Europaplatz in 3 minutes by bike, where there are all kinds of shops. The next S-Bahn stop is a 3-minute walk. It is a 5-minute walk to the universities and 7-8 minutes by bike to the KIT. Hildapromenade and Schlosspark are not far away for relaxing walks.
Flat share life
You will live with Alex, who has been working as a software developer in Karlsruhe for a few years. The living situation is very relaxed.

Except for the chest of drawers, all other furniture is only 3 years old and therefore in very good condition. At that time I paid around € 650 and I would give everything together for € 350.
