Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, nur der Schreibtisch kann auf Wunsch für 20€ übernommen werden. Es ist 12 qm groß und hat eine hohe Decke, wie der Rest der Wohnung auch. Ich bin Nichtraucherin und in meinem Zimmer wurde nicht gerauchtAnsonsten kannst du gerne vorbeikommen und dir selbst ein Bild machen.
Wir haben ein Bad mit Duschbadewanne und Toilette, außerdem eine separate Toilette. Obwohl wir sieben Leute sind hat es bis jetzt immer ohne Absprache geklappt.
I will leave the room empty, but I can leave the desk for 20€ if you want. The room is about 12 m2 and has a very high ceiling like the rest of the apartment. I dont smoke and nobody smoked in my room. Its best to come here and look at it yourself.
Theres a bathroom with shower and toilet and a second seperate toilet.
Even though were 7 persons it always worked out without having to make a shower plan.
Wir wohnen sehr zentral in Karlsruhe d.h. es kann mal etwas lauter werden, v. A. Wochends, wenn die Clubs offen haben. Aber wenn du kein Problem damit hast, kannst du es dir ja auch zu deinem eigenen Vorteil machen und auch einfach Laut sein :D
Im Umkreis von 2 min Fußweg findest du so alles, was deine Bedürfnisse stillt.
Tankstelle, Rewe city (immer bis 24h offen) ,Döner,Falafel..
In 3 minuten erreichst du den Europaplatz, von wo du die perfekte Anbindung zu jeglichem Ort in KA hast.

Wir sind eine internationale, große WG im Rosa Eckhaus in der Amalienstraße. Das Leben hier ist sehr entspannt, ungezwungen und nie langweilig.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und machen ab und zu mal was zusammen. Ob abends ein Spieleabend mit ein paar Bier, im Sommer draußen im Park oder einfach beim Kochen, man trifft fast immer jemanden. Wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte, kann man sich aber natürlich auch ins Zimmer zurückziehen, wir haben auch alle sehr unterschiedliche Zeiten unter der Woche.
Komm doch gerne einfach mal vorbei, damit wir dich persönlich kennenlernen können!

We are a big, international WG in the pink house on the corner of Amalienstr and Hirschstr. The life here is very chill, uncomplicated and never boring.
We are not just coexisting, we live together which means we sometimes play some games, go to the park or just talk in the kitchen while cooking. If you dont want to be alone you will most of the time find someone to talk to but its also no problem to need some peace and chill in your room.
