The room is decent sized. It has all the facilities you would require. Well kept and quiet. The two big windows allow the room to be well ventilated and also well lit in the mornings.
The apartment also comes with its own dishwasher and washing machine.
The apartments best selling point is that it's centrally located. You can reach Rewe, which is the only one open till 12 midnight, within 5 mins. Europaplatz/Post Galerie stop is 4 mins by walking as well. There are many restaurants around if you want to grab a bite to eat. There is a bubble tea shop just below the apartment.
The flatshare is relatively new.
Ahmed is 36 years old and is studying music. He plays almost every instrument. He keeps the place clean and tidy. Loves tea.
Shirley is 25 years old and is working. She also DJ's at Brazil.
They both are nice people and love to converse if you're feeling bored but would leave you alone if you want to be alone.
There is a clause that you would have to buy the existing furniture in the room. I paid 500 for it in March and am willing to reduce it to 350 euros.
The furniture would belong to you as the room is rented unfurnished.
There is a desk with drawers and a chair. A cupboard (one of the drawers is a bit messed up). A small bookshelf. Two side tables and a bed (which is a bit broken). Also, there is a lamp.
