Unsere WG ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine gemütliche Küche, drei Bäder, eine schöne, große Dachterrasse und ein Wohnzimmer, welches als Arbeits- und Hobbyraum genutzt werden kann.

Your future room is 13 square meters and could me furnished or unfurnished giving you the opportunity to customize the cozy space according to your need and preference. Our flat 167m2 is well equipped and has a cosy kitchen, three bathrooms, a beautiful roof terrace and living room. The absolute highlight of our WG is the living/ hobby room and the 60 square meter terrace.
Die WG befindet sich direkt am Ludwigsplatz. Egal ob man zur Uni oder zum Hauptbahnhof möchte, alles ist sehr nah. Verschiedene Supermärktem(Alnatura, Lidl, Rewe,...), Bäckereien, Restaurants, Shopping, Post, Fitnessstudios, und sogar Bouldern - sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt!

Whether you want to go to the university/ Fh, or to the main train station, everything is very close. Various supermarkets (Alnatura, Lidl, Rewe,...), bakeries, restaurants, Shopping, Post, gyms, and even bouldering - all in about 2 minutes to reach. The location is simply perfect!
In der WG wohnen derzeit Adri, Alissa, Khaled und Fede. Das WG Leben ist entspannt und ungezwungen. Alles kann, nichts muss. Gegenseitiger Respekt und Selbstverantwortung ist uns wichtig, damit das WG Leben auch weiterhin so entspannt läuft.
Besonders die Mitbewohner machen das Leben in der WG interessant. Wir wohnen gerne zusammen, lieben es unser Essen zu teilen und füreinander da zu sein. Wir haben viel Gemeinschaftsfläche mit viel Potential um etwas Schönes zu machen. Momentan versuchen wir uns z.B. im Gemüseanbau auf unserer Dachterrasse.
In unserer WG haben wir diverse Leidenschaften, von Tanzen, Laufen, Musik machen, Radfahren, Klettern, Wandern, Kochen, Zeitung lesen und in der Küche chillen ist alles vertreten 🙂 Wir arbeiten als Krankenpflegerin, Software Testerin und wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter.

Our flat is home to a friendly and diverse group of young professionals, which have different backgrounds and hobbies creating great diversity. From dancing, running, making music, cycling, theater, bouldering, hiking, padel, cooking, reading the newspaper, and chilling in the kitchen, everything is represented ;)
We love living together, sharing food, and being there for each other. Our place has loads of shared space with tons of potential for cool stuff. Our flat offers plenty of communal space with great potential for creative use.
