Here is a cozy and safe room available from 4th Aug to 30th Oct due to my exchange study abroad.
You will stay with international students, a Bachelor's student at KIT, and a Master's student at KIT. Both are friendly and kind.
This building is pretty quiet and our neighbors are usually family and have a baby so this building prefers careful and calm people. Hence, this flat is not for inviting many people/parties for the reasons above.
2 tenants are students so a student or worker would fit into this flat.
Sometimes we spend time together in our free time, but In general, most of the time we focus on our own work and studies.
My room has a bed, tables, clothes rack, side table, fan, and so many on what you need! The picture looks a little messy, but I will clean it up. (I'm packing my luggage now...)
