As I am leaving Karlsruhe for three months due to a business trip, I would like to sub-rent my room to a kind person who fits in our WG.
The room is fully furnished with bed and bed stand, mattress ,pillow and blanket , desk and chair, couch and table, wardrobe, shoe boxes, hanger for clothes and iron.
Our kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler and necessary cutleries.
We also have a quiet balcony which is perfect for relaxing in the evenings as it is hopefully getting warmer :-)
In the bathroom we have a washing machine, in the basement there exists a storage room and the apartment has a back yard for parking bicycles.
The warm rent is 450€/month (including water, heating, electricity, internet and utilities) .
The apartment is located between tram stations "Kolpingsplatz" and "Ebertstraße" and both can be reached within 2 minutes by foot. The main train station is reachable within 15 minutes by foot.
Within 8 minutes by foot or 3 minutes by bike you can reach a grocery shopping store (PENNY, Karlstraße 67).
There is one pharmacy available right in front of the building.
You will need around 10 minutes to KIT southern campus with bicycle or 12 minutes with tram.
To KIT northern campus you'll need from 30 minutes to 58 minutes depending which connection you'll choose (30 minutes via hbf, or 35 minutes riding bicycles to southern campus and taking KIT shuttle, or 58 minutes using S1 going directly to northern campus from Europaplatz).
We have a very clean and well organized flat and the roommates get along very well.

Benjamin: He just started his economical engineering study in KIT.
Johannes: He also started his study at KIT in computer sciences.
Radvile: She just got graduated from KIT and starts working in a company.
They are all very nice and fun people. And I hope for this short term of three months I can find a good roommate for them.
