Hi future flatmate!
We are 3 working English speaking young professionals (PhD in nuclear sciences, architect and real estate agent), living in the coolest area of the city of Karlsruhe,Oststadt!
Since one of our flatmate is leaving soon, we will have one vacant room to offer, which is fully furnished.
The room has one large window, showing to the east and has a laminated floor. The kitchen is provided with a new big fridge, a dish washer and washing machine.
Please note, that if you are interested in the room, you would need to take over the furniture (150,00 Euros total):
- 2 clothes rails
- 1 medium wardrobe, white
- 1 small wardrobe, white
- 1 bed, width 90 cm, blanket and pillow included
- 1 desk chair cushioned, black (no desk included)
- 1 floor lamp
- 1 credenza, solid wood
And now some information about us:
- We love to cook and chat, while drinking wine
- But we all respect the privacy if one needs his/her time
- We have a cleaning schedule which should be respected
- Since this is not a students WG, it would be great if you were a working person as well
- The common language in the house is English
