Es handet sich um ein geräumiges Durchgangszimmer, dh. eigentlich hast du ein Wohn- und ein Schlafzimmer in einem schönen Altbau : )
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer Vierer-WG in der aktuell noch Manuela, Dominik und Matthias wohnen. Alle 3 sind mehr oder weniger fertig mit ihrer Promotionen und freuen sich, wenn Du vielleicht auch schon im Arbeitsleben stehst. Wir sind schon häufig unterwegs, treffen uns aber gerne auch abends zum Kochen oder Quatschen.
Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, würde ich bei Bedarf mein Bett abgeben.
Die WG ist großzügig geschnitten und in einem schön sanierten Altbau beheimatet. Das
Wohnzimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß, das Bad hat eine Wanne und in der Küche sind Spül- und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Oststadt und ist sehr hell mit zwei Balkonen nach Osten- und Westen. Trambahn-Haltestelle, Supermarkt und Bäcker sind gleich in der Nähe, zur Uni sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Rad und in die Innenstadt ist es auch nicht viel weiter.
Wir sind alle berufstätig und dementsprechend viel unterwegs, sitzen aber gern auch mal zum Frühstück am Wochenende zusammen.
