I am renting from Anytime of December - 28th February. So if you're doing an internship in Karlsruhe or vacation or looking for a place to start your studies, then you're in the right place! The room has a bed (140x200), desk, shelf, closet, speakers. There is 1 bathroom, 1 restroom, 1 kitchen and the apartment is on the first floor so it is very convenience. The house is very clean, roommates are very nice people. Our flat has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need. The bathroom has a washing machine.

Ich vermiete von Anytime vom Dezember bis zum 28. Februar. Wenn Sie also ein Praktikum in Karlsruhe oder Urlaub machen oder einen Studienplatz suchen, dann sind Sie hier genau richtig! Das Zimmer hat ein Bett (140x200), Schreibtisch, Regal, Schrank, Lautsprecher. Es gibt 1 Badezimmer, 1 Toilette, 1 Küche und die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock, also ist es sehr bequem. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, Mitbewohner sind sehr nette Leute. Unsere Wohnung verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und alles was Sie brauchen. Das Badezimmer hat eine Waschmaschine.

About the Location: This is a very nice location, very close to everything and especially KIT - we are only 1 stop away from KIT. Only take 5 minute walking to KVV Trams station. There are 5 supermarkets close by, take you around 7 -15 minutes, there are restaurants, salons, banks... close by also.

Über die Lage: Dies ist eine sehr schöne Lage, ganz in der Nähe von allem und vor allem KIT - wir sind nur 1 Haltestelle vom KIT entfernt. Nehmen Sie nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur KVV Trams Station. Es gibt 5 Supermärkte in der Nähe, nehmen Sie ca. 7-15 Minuten, es gibt Restaurants, Salons, Banken ... in der Nähe auch.
Patrick is Master Graduated KIT Student, very nice guy. He is the one who would help anywhere anytime. He is from South Germany.
Alice is currently a Master KIT student, a very nice girl also. She is the one who would say hi, talk to you and care about you! :)
