The room has a big window and door to the balcony. The balcony has a view to the street, exposure to the sun east. Besides, the room will be at least partly furnished. The big closet will stay in the room and the bed as well.

The location is perfect for students: 5 minutes by bike to KIT (approx. 1.5 km). Accordingly, the city centre is not much further away. There are plenty of supermarkets about 800m away.
The tram stop Essenweinstraße is directly under our kitchen window.
Our flat share is meanwhile half student flat share, half working flat share:
Tobias will start in his first job after having done a PhD at KIT.
Roukaya is doing her PhD at the at KIT in Bio-Chemiestry.
Marijana is learning German and earns money for her future studies.
Pedro studies Biotechnology at KIT and will be soon coming back from Florence where he is doing a semester abroad at the moment.
Roukaya is from Tunisa and Marijana from Croatia, so most of the time we speak English when we all cook, eat, or just sit together in the kitchen. But both can unterstand and speak German as well. Pedro is from Venezuela but speaks fluently German, and Tobias is from Germany.
Since Clemens leaves the flat, we are looking for a new flat mate. As living in a clean appartment is important to us, you shoudn't be a dirty person and respect our cleaning schedule :)
As the landlord will give us a new contract (the old one was between Clemens and the landlord), the exact amount of the rent and the security deposit might be slighlty higher in the end.
