Ich mache ein Praktikum und möchte mein Zimmer deshalb untervermieten. Es hat ein Fenster in Richtung Osten und zeigt in einen Innenhof hinein.
Möbel sind schon drin, es gibt auch ein Waschbecken, mehr auf den Fotos ;)
Da mein Zimmer recht nah am Wohnzimmer und der Eingangstüre ist, ist es manchmal etwas laut. Unser Gebäudeteil ist aber sowieso bekannt für Partys also sollte man da tolerant sein ;)
Für das Putzen der Gemeinschaftsräume kommt jede Woche eine Putzkraft.

I am doing an internship and I want to sublease my room in HaDiKo (https://www.hadiko.de/en)
The room has a window facing the east and looks into an inner courtyard.
It is furnished and also has a sink, for more details take a look at the pictures ;)
My room is very close to the living room and the entrance door, so you need to be able to tolerate noise. Our part of the building is anyways known for parties ... ;)
A cleaner comes every week to clean the common rooms.

Das Wohnheim hat meiner Meinung nach eine sehr gute Lage. Mit dem Fahrrad sind die Uni in 5-10 min. und die Hochschulen in ca. 10-15 min. zu erreichen. Direkt angrenzend liegt der Wald und insgesamt ist es auch sehr grün um die Gebäude herum.
Die nächst Einkaufsmöglichkeit, sowie auch die Straßenbahn sind ca. 1km entfernt, eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Gelände. Die Innenstadt kann man ebenfalls bequem mit dem Fahrrad in 15 min erreichen :)

The student housing has a nice location, I think. By bicycle, you can reach the university in 5-10min. and the Hochschulen in 10-15min. The buildings are surrounded by woods.
The closest place to shop things and the tram are 1km away from the house, but a bus station is directly in front of it! To go to the city center it also only takes 15 min by bicycle.

Unsere WG ist sehr international, was das Zusammenleben echt interessant macht :) Wir sind eine Gruppe netter, meist entspannter Leute, die auch auf mehr als Zweck-WG Lust haben. Es findet sich immer wieder mal Zeit, zu quatschen, Spiele zu spielen oder etwas zu unternehmen -vor allem außerhalb der Klausurenphase. Manchmal findet auch die eine oder andere Party statt ;)
Das Wohnheim ist riesig, und es gibt sehr viel zu machen und Arbeitskreise (AKs) wo man sich beteiligen kann: die hauseigenen Bars, verschiedene gemeinschaftlich genutzte Räume (Werkstätte, Sporträume, Musikräume, ...), im Garten, Gesellschaftsspiele, ... und und und :)

Our shared flat is very international, which makes living together really interesting :) We are a group of nice, mostly relaxed people who want to do more than just share a flat. There is always time to chat, play games or do something - especially outside of the exam period. We are also having parties sometimes ;)
The student housing is huge, and there is a lot to do and work groups ("AKs") where you can get involved: the house bars, various communal rooms (workshops, sports rooms, music rooms, ...), the garden, board games, ... :)
