Zimmer zur Untervermietung vom 15.08. bis 31.12.2023

Hallo :) ich heiße Anna Seeger und bin duale Studentin an der DHBW in Karlsruhe. Durch die Praxisphasen im Studium bin ich regelmäßig für längere Zeiträume nicht im Wohnheim und suche daher eine nette und zuverlässige Untermieterin für den Zeitraum 15.08.23 bis 31.12.23.

Das Wohnheim befindet sich in der Rüpurr, am Stadtrand von Karlsruhe. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr nah an einem Discounter und an der nächsten Bahnstation. Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man etwa 8 Minuten vom Wohnheim aus.

Im Wohnheim wohnen etwa 36 Mädchen und Frauen aus verschiedenen Ländern und verschiedenen Altersgruppen. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Stockwerke und mehrer Küchen und Bäder, auf die die Zimmer verteilt sind. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum, einen Fahrradkeller, mehrere Gemeinschaftsräume und vieles mehr. Unter der Woche kommt regelmäßig eine Putzfrau, die für die Grundreinigung der Gemeinschaftsbereiche verantwortlich ist. Zudem wechseln wir uns wöchentlich ab mit dem Küchendienst. Insgesamt ist es ziemlich ordentlich und wohnlich.

Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wenn man möchte kann man auch an gemeinsamen Tätigkeiten teilnehmen und zusammen auch mal was unternehmen. Insgesamt wohne ich sehr gerne dort und möchte daher mein Zimmer auf alle Fälle behalten.

Wenn du Studierende in Karlsruhe bist auf Ordentlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit Wert legst und Interesse hättest, dann melde dich doch gerne bei mir!

Bitte wenn möglich keine Anrufe zwischen 8 und 18 Uhr, da ich meistens in der Hochschule bin.

Hello :) My name is Anna Seeger and I am a dual student at the DHBW in Karlsruhe. Due to the practical phases of my studies, I am regularly away from the dormitory for long periods of time and I’m therefore looking for a nice and reliable subtenant for the period from August 15th, 2023 to December 31st, 2023.

The dormitory is located in the Rüpurr, on the outskirts of Karlsruhe. It is in a very quiet area and very close to a discounter and the next train station. It takes about 8 minutes to get to the main train station from the dormitory.

About 36 girls and women from different countries and different age groups live in the dormitory. In total there are 3 floors and several kitchens and bathrooms, on which the rooms are distributed. There is a fitness room, a bicycle storage room, several common rooms and much more. During the week, a cleaning lady comes regularly who is responsible for the basic cleaning of the common areas. In addition, we take turns with the kitchen duty on a weekly basis. Overall it's pretty neat and livable.

The roommates are all very friendly and attentive. If you want, you can also take part in joint activities and do something together. Overall, I really like living there and would definitely like to keep my room.
