Ich wohne in einer 2er WG und suche momentan eine Zwischenmieterin für mein Zimmer, da ich für drei Monaten lang im Ausland bin.
Das Zimmer liegt in einer Dachgeschosswohnung im 2. Stock und ist sehr gemütlich und angenehm. Aus insgesamt 2 Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche, und einem Bad besteht unsere WG. Waschmaschine haben wir auch und liegt in unserem Keller :D
Die WG befindet sich direkt über Tiramisú Eiscafé und gegenüber Rüppurr Freibad.
Nur ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß ist unsere WG von Schloss Rüppurr Haltestelle entfernt.
Mit Linie S1 und S11 ist der Karlsruhe Hauptbahnhof ca.5 Minuten und Innenstadt ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Nähe befindet sich Netto und Penny, die man ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichen kann.
Vor allem befindet sich die WG in einem schöne und ruhige Lage.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, bald eine fleißige nette saubere Zwischenmieterin zu finden :)
