Das Zimmer ist zur Straße hin ausgerichtet, ist aber auch bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr ruhig. Es besitzt einen Laminatboden und ist mit dem integrierten Hochbett sehr gemütlich und praktisch. Das Zimmer kostet warm mit allen Nebenkosten wie z.B. Internet, Strom, GEZ usw. 375,- EUR.
Neben den drei WG-Zimmern haben wir eine helle, große Küche mit Esstisch, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, einen großen Balkon zum Hinterhof und ein kleines Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Außerdem befindet sich im Hinterhof ein Fahrradabstellplatz und wir haben ein eigenes abschließbares Kellerabteil.

The room is oriented to the street but quiet, even when the window is open. It has a laminate floor and an integrated bunk bed. The rent is 375,- EUR per month and includes internet, electricity, GEZ etc.
In addition to three rooms, the flat has a bright, big kitchen including a dining table, laundry machine and dishwasher. Further, the flat has a big balcony oriented to the backyard and a small bathroom with a bath tub. You can park your bike in the backyard. If you want to store something, you can use the lockable cellar.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Südstadt, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Mit der Bahn ist man vom Tivoli, der Augartenstraße oder der Werderstraße in nur 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad brauchst du für den Weg ca. 10 Minuten.
In der Nähe hast du viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie einen Lidl und zwei Bäckereien. Am Werderplatz, den du zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichst, befindet sich noch ein Rossmann sowie ein Nahkauf.

The flat is located in the Südstadt in a quiet side street. You can use the tram to get to the city centre. It takes about 5 minutes from the stations Tivoli, Augartenstraße or Werderstraße. You can also use the bike which lasts about 10 minutes to the city centre.
You find a Lidl and two bakeries nearby. Additionally, the Werderplatz is a 5 minute walk away. There you find a Rossman as well as a Nahkauf.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Dev (31) aus Indien und Alexander (23) aus den USA. Dev arbeitet am KIT und Alexander an der Karlshochschule. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern kochen und reden gerne auch mal in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon. Wenn jedoch jemand Ruhe haben möchte, kann man sich natürlich auch in sein Zimmer zurückziehen. Die WG ist ruhig und das Zusammenleben sehr entspannt. Es wäre schön, wenn das in Zukunft so bleibt und auch du Lust auf ein entspanntes Zusammenleben hättest.

Your new flatmates are Dev (31) from India and Alexander (23) from the USA. Dev works at KIT and Alexander at Karlshochschule. We like to cook together and talk and have a good time in the kitchen or the balcony. However, it is not a problem if someone needs some rest and stays in his room. The shared flat is quiet and the living together relaxed. It would be nice if this persists. Hopefully, you are also interested in a relaxed living together.
