Das Zimmer ist im EG, hat eine hohe Decke (Altbau) und ist sonst nicht all zu groß. Durch das Fenster sieht man den Hof und auch ein kleines Stück Park (gegenüber Haus). Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit Beamer für Filmabende. Das schönste ist definitiv der kleine Garten mit großem Kirschbaum und Beeten. Die Wohnung ist im Sommer sehr kühl und dadurch auch bei hohen Temperaturen äußerst angenehm.
-10 Min mit dem Fahrrad zum KIT-Campus
-2 Min zur Haltestelle Werderstraße
-schön ruhig, da Hinterhof
Ich bin Doktorandin und schreibe deshalb viel in meinem Zimmer, bin aber auch öfter mal ein paar Tage unterwegs. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr nett und wir grillen oder kochen öfter mit den anderen aus dem Haus. Meine Schwester wohnt auch hier, also ist es ein häufiges Kommen und Gehen.
