Die Lage ist in der Südstadt, Rüppurrerstr. Eine ruhige Wohnlage und trotzdem mitten im Leben der Südstaddt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 5min an der KIT. Die nächsten Haltestelle Werderstrasse ist in 1 minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Straßenlärm gibt es nicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in alle Richtungen jeweils in 5 oder weniger Fahrradminuten: Scheck in Center Sparkasse, Volksbank, Lidl, Kliver, usw.

The apartment is in the South side of Karlsruhe, close to everything you need. Only 5 min. from KIT and the Music University by bike. The closest tram stop, Werderstraße is only 1min. away by foot. Good shopping possibilities in every direction, for example supermarkets, pharmacies and banks.
Grundsätzlich sind wir auf der Suche nach einer netten Person im Alter von 20 bis 35.
Die WG-Mitbewohnerin studiert Master-Bauingenieurwesen am KIT. Gerne wird bei uns gemeinsam gekocht, einen Film geschaut und dabei ein Gläschen Wein getrunken.
Ich selber ziehe aus, weil ich Urlaub mache.
