Das Zimmer ist mit 25m² recht groß und dank eines großen Fensters auch sehr hell :). Es kann möbliert, teilmöbliert oder unmöbliert vermietet werden. Das Badezimmer ist ein helles Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne. Die Küche ist recht groß und mit Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine und was man halt sonst noch so braucht ausgestattet ;). Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Park der Beiertheimer Allee, TV und Sky. Insgesamt bietet die Wohnung mit etwa 100m² genügend Platz, um es zu zweit gut aushalten zu können :).
In 3 Min. kann man den Hauptbahnhof locker zu Fuß erreichen. Dennoch ist es sehr ruhig in der Wohnung, da sie in einer Seitenstraße gelegen ist.
Das Wg-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Lerne uns einfach kennen :).
Evt. kann die gesamte Wohnung ab April oder evt. auch früher unbefristet gemietet werden.
