da ich (Lisa) zum 1. Mai ausziehe, suchen wir eine/n nette/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere 3er WG in der Augustastraße.
Das freie Zimmer ist 15 qm groß. Es hat einen hübschen Holzboden, schöne hohe Decken und ist dank dem ebenfalls hohen Fenster sehr hell.
Die WG ist ansonsten gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle usw) und hat ein kleines aber feines Bad mit Badewanne. Außerdem haben wir eine schöne Loggia zum Innenhof in der man im Sommer die Sonne genießen kann.
Im Innenhof gibt es eine Überdachung für Fahrräder und in unserem Kellerraum die Möglichkeit Sachen unterzubringen.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist innerhalb einer Minute an der Mathystraße Haltestelle und kann in 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof oder Europaplatz laufen.
Es gibt in direkter Nähe einen Penny, Edeka, einige Imbisse und Restaurants und einen kleinen Park.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Fabian und Marc.
Fabian ist 24 und studiert Informatik im 2. Semester, Marc ist 32 und macht eine Ausbildung zum Notfallsanitäter.
In der WG herrscht immer eine entspannte und offene Stimmung :)
