Hallo ihr Wohnungssuchenden,
Nachmieter für ein helles, großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Bundesgerichtshof gesucht!
In unserer 2er WG haben wir eine große Einbauküche mit kleiner Spülmaschine, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine und ein separates WC. Ein kleines Kellerabteil steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Wir haben zwar keinen Putzplan, aber die Wohnung sauber zu halten ist selbstverständlich.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Karlstor, und damit im Herzen Karlsruhes. Zum Schloss, der Hochschule oder dem KIT sind es jeweils ca. 10 min mit dem Fahrrad. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 15 min.
Diverse Supermärkte sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (Edeka Karlstor, Penny Mathystraße, Lidl Postgalerie etc.).
Verschiedene Parks erreichst du bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad.
In unserer WG wird oft und gerne gekocht. Danach darf es auch gerne ein Bierchen oder ein Glas Wein sein. Ich bin 25 Jahre alt und studiere Elektrotechnik im Master.

Looking for new tenant in light and large room with view on supreme court.
In the apartment we have a big kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and excluded toilet. We also have a little storage in the basement.
We don't have a cleaning schedule -> Clean as you go is a sign of a pro :-)
The apartment is located in downtown and therefore in the heart of Karlsruhe. It's a 10 min bike ride to the college, the palace or the university. To get to the main station is about 15 min.
Several grocery stores are in your surrounding. Multiple parks in walking distance.
We like to cook a lot and finish the evening with an occasional beer or glass of wine.
I'm 25 years old and working towards getting my masters in electrical engineering.
