In unserer 3er-WG wird ein schönes, geräumiges und ruhiges Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung liegt im EG und ist als WG gut geeignet. Sie hat drei Zimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche, Terrasse mit kleinem Grundstück und einen großen Keller. Für Fahrräder gibt es einen überdachten Abstellplatz im Keller. E-Bikes/Elektroroller können auch im eigenen Raum im Keller aufgeladen werden. Die Heizung wird mit Fernwärme betrieben (keine Gasheizung). Das Badezimmer wurde Ende 2022 komplett saniert. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine neue Waschmaschine. Die Küche wurde Ende 2020 gekauft und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht: großer Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, neues Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck.
Das Zimmer (15 m2) ist mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Tisch, Stuhl ausgestattet. Es gibt neue Matratze, Bettwäsche, Decken, Kissen. Der Hauptvorteil des Zimmers ist eine kleine private Kitchenette.
Ein Umzug ist in Absprache auch vor dem 1. April, möglich.
A delightful, roomy, and serene space awaits you in our shared apartment for three. Conveniently located on the ground floor, our apartment is perfectly suited for WG-living. Boasting three cozy rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a shower-equipped bathroom, a terrace with a petite garden, and a spacious cellar, our residence offers all the comforts of a shared dwelling. Secure covered parking for bicycles is available in the basement, and your e-bikes or electric scooters can conveniently charge in your private basement room. The heating system operates on district heating, eliminating the need for gas. The bathroom underwent a complete renovation in late 2022 and now features a brand-new washing machine. The kitchen, acquired in late 2020, is fully stocked with essentials: a large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and new dishes, pots, and cutlery.
The room, spanning 15 square meters, is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, table, and chair. A new mattress, bed linens, blankets, and pillows ensure a comfortable stay. The room's standout feature is a small private kitchenette, providing added convenience for your daily needs.
A move is possible in consultation even before April 1st.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Waldstadt (Königsberger Straße), einer schönen und ruhigen Wohngegend. Die nächste S-Bahn-Haltestelle (Waldstadt Glogauer Straße) ist in 4 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Edeka (Waldstadtzentrum 2 min mit dem Rad), Penny (1 min mit dem Rad). Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine Gasse zum Spazieren und Laufen, durch die man fürlängere Strecken in den Wald gelangen kann. Fächerbad: 4 min mit dem Fahrrad, Fitness: 4 min mit dem Fahrrad, Tankstelle: 1 min mit dem Auto.

The apartment is located in Waldstadt (Königsberger Straße), a beautiful and quiet residential area. The next S-Bahn stop (Waldstadt Glogauer Straße) can be reached in 4 minutes on foot. Shopping options: Edeka (forest city center 2 minutes by bike), Penny (1 minute by bike). Behind the house there is an alley for walking and running, through which you can reach the forest for longer distances. Pool: 4 min by bike, fitness: 4 min by bike, gas station: 1 min by car.

Derzeit wohnen drei Studierende in der Wohnung, zwei von ihnen werden am 31. März aus der Wohnung ausziehen. Der einzige verbleibende Bewohner ist Doktorand am KIT. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Studenten, da sie in der Nähe von Studienzentren liegt. Auch ausländische Studierende sind willkommen, Online-Videokommunikation ist möglich.
Ein Umzug ist in Absprache mit einem der ausscheidenden Studierenden, auch vor dem 1. April, möglich.
Three students are currently living in the apartment, two of them will be moving out on March 31st. The remaining resident is a doctoral student at KIT. The apartment is ideal for students as it is close to educational centers. Foreign students are also welcome, online video communication is possible.
A move is possible in consultation with one of the departing students, even before April 1st.
Strom (zurzeit 50 Euro/Monat/Person), Internet (100 Mb, 14 Euro/Monat/Person) und Rundfunkbeitrag (6€/Monat/Person) sind nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten und müssen separat bezahlt werden. Die Kitchenette kann nach Absprache mit einem Induktionskochfeld oder einer Mikrowelle nachgerüstet werden.
Electricity (currently 50 euros/person), internet (100 Mb, 14 euros/person) and broadcasting fees (6€/month/person) are not included in the additional costs and must be paid separately. On request, the kitchenette can be equipped with an induction hob or microwave.
