Habitación
I would like to share my two room (furnished) apartment. It is a nice bright and big room with a good balcony. You will see a lovely sunrise from the big glass wall and rainbows in rain (see pictures) <3. There is also a garden and BBQ area in the back yard (see photos). The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator. In the basement there is a bicycle cellar and a basement storage (for bags and other stuff).
It is located on Lessingstrasse in a pretty nice and calm neighborhood. There are three tram stations within a walking distance of 5 min (Lessingstrasse, Arbeitsagentur and Muhlburger Tor). The HBF is 20min on tram from Arbeitsagentur (tram no. 2). There is Rewe and Lidl within 6min walking distance.
I am myself doing a PhD at KIT, and if I am not working, I am doing sports or traveling. I do not smoke. I am a friendly person, and sometimes I like to grab a glass of wine or bier or whiskey and sit in the balcony and have chill conversations some times (the apartment has two big balconies). I also like to cook sometimes, and I am happy to try different cuisines. Friendliness and cleanliness are important :). I am expecting to share with some who is friendly and will keep the apartment clean as I do :).
Note:
The warm rent is 500 euros (including internet). Also, if you'd like to bring your own furniture I can empty the room.
