ich vermiete mein Zimmer da ich in diesem Zeitraum nicht in Karlsruhe sein werde.
Es gibt zwei Duschen, zwei Klo's und eine Gemeischaftsküche. Der wöchentliche Putzplan wird von uns strikt eingehalten wodurch es hier für WG Verhältnisse echt akzeptabel aussieht.
Meine Mitbewohner sind nett und kontaktfreudig.
Parken direkt vor dem Haus möglich.
S-Bahn in 4min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ruhige Gegend.
HKA in 5-10min mit dem Rad erreichbar.
KIT in 15-20min mit dem Rad erreichbar.

Hi,
I'm renting out my room because I won't be in Karlsruhe during this period. There are two showers, two toilets, and a communal kitchen. The weekly cleaning schedule is strictly adhered to by us, making it really acceptable here for shared flat conditions.
My roommates are friendly and sociable. Parking is possible right in front of the house. The S-Bahn is a 4-minute walk away. It's a quiet area. The HKA can be reached by bike in 5-10 minutes. The KIT can be reached by bike in 15-20 minutes.
