Das schöne Zimmer ist 16m² groß, hell und mit neuen Möbeln eingerichtet, die gerne übernommen werden sollten (VHB): Bett mit Matratze (1,20m), Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Sessel, Sitzwürfel, Spiegel, Schreibtischstuhl, kl.Nachttisch, etc. Alles ist so gut wie neu! Ein Fahrrad ist auch noch dabei samt Schloss. (Der Herd auf dem Foto wird gleich noch entsorgt, war nur dort zwischen gelagert..;))
Die Wohnung liegt im 1.OG an der Kaiserallee, nicht weit von der Innenstadt und Uni. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Straßenbahn-Haltestelle sind max. 5min. zu Fuß.
Wir sind 3 junge, lustige Studenten und suchen jemanden, der unsere gemütliche WG wieder komplettiert! Gerne wird bei uns gekocht oder mal ein Bierchen zusammen getrunken; es gibt einen Putzplan, der auch eingehalten wird. Wenn du aufgeschlossen und ordentlich bist und keine Zweck-WG für kurze Zeit suchst, bist du bei uns genau richtig!
