Hallo zusammen,
da ich leider umziehen muss, suche ich eine(n) nette(n) Nachmieter für eine 3er WG. Das Zimmer ist 13qm groß, sehr hell und gut geschnitten. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet (über Kauf von Möbeln kann bei Bedarf verhandelt werden: alles zusammen für 180€).
Die Küche der WG ist gut ausgestattet.
Im Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten.
Die Lage ist optimal, 2 Gehminuten weg befindet sich die nächste S-Bahnstation (städtisches klinikum / moltkestraße) . Von dort aus fahren die Str 2 und S1.
Zur KIT braucht man mit dem Rad nur ca 10 min (und ca 5 min zur FH).
Meine Mitbewohner Maria und Nahom sind beide sehr nett, deswegen hoffe ich, dass ich einen aufgeschlossenen, sympatischen Nachmieter für das Zimmer finde.
